I've been having so much fun trying the great Organic Coconut products from Tropical Traditions. I like coconut, but really had no idea how many uses there are for this amazing food.

Tropical Traditions sells Coconut Flakes in buckets. It's 100% natural and hasn't been treated with icky sulfites like most dried coconut. They don't bother with any additives, preservatives or sweeteners - it's just good coconut.
